Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it directly with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Guiltyconstantly Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
